Since its initial 2022 solicitation for finance and real estate legal counsel, Rally has substantially expanded its project and asset portfolio and established a broader legal infrastructure, including outside general counsel and dedicated bond counsel. As Rally enters its next phase of growth, the Corporation is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms with attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Texas to supplement its existing legal team with additional transaction-focused capacity in real estate and finance.
Selected firms may support acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, construction, asset management, public-private partnerships, lending and financing structures, and other project-specific transactions across Rally’s growing portfolio. Rally is particularly interested in experienced counsel capable of working collaboratively, efficiently, and responsively on complex transactions involving public, private, nonprofit, and philanthropic resources.
