Doing Business with Rally

As a local government corporation created by the City of Austin, Rally Austin follows public procurement best practices to ensure open competition, fair access, and strong results.

Our procurement program supports timely, cost-effective delivery of projects that strengthen Austin’s cultural, economic, and creative infrastructure, while upholding the spirit of our public partners goals for achieving equity, inclusion, and local engagement.

We invite businesses of all sizes, from small, local firms to large regional and national companies, to partner with us in advancing Austin’s future.

How to Register

Interested in working with Rally Austin? Complete our Vendor Registration Form to introduce your business, share your services, and help our team identify vendors for future procurement and contracting opportunities.

Rally Austin uses vendor registration to build a searchable vendor list, promote upcoming solicitations, and support faster onboarding when opportunities arise. Registration is free and open year-round. Completing the form does not guarantee selection or award of work, but it helps us better understand your qualifications, certifications, service areas, and experience.

Before you begin, please have the following information available, if applicable:

  • Legal business name, contact information, and business address
  • Federal EIN or Unique Entity Identifier
  • Completed IRS Form W-9
  • Business website, service area, and NAICS or NIGP commodity codes
  • Insurance, bonding, licensing, or safety information
  • MBE, WBE, HUB, DBE, SLBE, SBE, or other certification documents
  • Vendor IDs for public agency or cooperative purchasing systems
  • Capability statement, brochure, project examples, or other supporting materials

The form also allows vendors to share experience working with the City of Austin, Austin ISD, Austin Community College, Travis County, Capital Metro, and other public partners.

After submitting the form, vendors may be contacted for additional information or documentation to support future procurement, contracting, or onboarding processes. Registered vendors will receive notifications from Rally Austin about future procurement, contracting, and solicitation opportunities that may align with their services and qualifications.
