Step 1. Complete Vendor Registration (IN DEVELOPMENT): Submit the Vendor Registration Form to join Rally Austin’s vendor directory. You’ll provide basic business details, certifications, and the services or goods you offer.
Step 2. Sign Up for Procurement Updates: Subscribe to Rally Austin’s procurement email list to receive notifications of new Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Invitations to Bid.
Step 3. Prepare Your Business Profile: Gather documents commonly required in solicitations, such as your W-9, insurance certificates, references, and any certifications (MBE/WBE, HUB, or similar).

Rally Austin is a participating member of the Texas Interlocal Purchasing Cooperative, enabling regional collaboration and streamlined vendor engagement across multiple public agencies. Vendors who already hold cooperative contracts with other Texas entities may be eligible to work with Rally Austin through these agreements, expanding opportunities across jurisdictions.
